2025 Yearly Dashboard
We’ve created a handy tool for you to see many highlights from the past year. This handout covers October 1, 2024- September 30, 2025. You’ll learn about projects we’ve done, numbers for campers and sponsorships and some interesting facts about our finances.
Yearly Capital Project
Each fall we hold our Friendraiser Dessert Nights where we update our supporters, pie folks in the face and share what God has been doing on site. We generally also fundraise for a capital project.
2024 we fundraised to replace our ageing plow truck which has been such a blessing and created maps and art for around camp
In 2025 we began our Deck Deck Dock project
We plan to create these structures over Family Work Weekend and allow us to seat more people outside of our dining hall allowing us to increase capacity.
This deck has never been finished and this year it will be!
This deck has served for many years and needs to be replaced while upgrading to make the lower deck not be dripped on by their neighbours.
Our waterfront docks at both main site and WilderNess are beginning to age out, we plan to replace sections as we go.
As you can see our barge deck is pealing and needs to be refinished.
The Waterfront Lodge is used year round but the roof line creates hazards with snow dumps. We will be creating a set of stairs from the top covered entrance to the covered deck below to allow safe exits year round.
The welcome center as become the hub from September to April and we have a few unfinished open office that we will be closing in.
Upcoming Housing Capital Project
We are going through the project planning stages with One Hope Canada now to begin fundraising for building a new house on property. We’d love it if you plan to give towards a house with power/sewer expansion next year.
Legacy Planning / Estate Bequests
Remembering Ness Lake Bible Camp as part of your estate is a wonderful way to leave a legacy to the Lord’s work after you have been called home to Heaven. Working with an Estate Planner you can specify our camp to receive any part of your estate and make a difference in lives for generations to come.
