Payment Options

Your options to pay for summer camp

Pay in full at the time of registration. 

Pay on a payment plan.

For each camp, pay the non-refundable $100 deposit to secure your registration right away. Pay the remaining balance monthly on the 15th. After paying the deposit at checkout, the remaining balance will be equally divided and charged monthly.  The final payment will be on June 15th, 2026. If you choose to use a payment plan, there is a one-time processing admin fee of $20 per camper that will be added to your account.

We value every camper having the same experience and access to all of camp. Included in our fees are a lot of items that are charged for separately at other experiences: -all activities and programs -shirt -highlight video -daily tuck/candy -cabin photos -dietary restrictions
-medical management as needed

Other Options 

If you need a more affordable option, we have intentionally priced WilderNess $100 less than the main camp, unless it's an Adrenaline Camp, which are priced differently due to paintball costs.

Deposits

Regardless of the payment option you choose, a $100 deposit is taken at the start of registration.  This is a non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel or change your camp this $100 deposit will be withheld.  See our Cancellation Policy below.

Cancellation Policy

Camp fee (less the $100 deposit) is refundable only if cancellation is received 14 days prior to the first day of camp. The $100 deposit is per camp session, per camper, and is non-refundable and non-transferable. No refund will be given if cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks prior to your camp week, except for unforeseen medical reasons. No refund will be given for a dismissal due to home-sickness, disciplinary action, late arrival or early departure.

Changing Your Session

Due to the high number of campers that register each year we do not change camper sessions. You can choose to cancel a camp registration and make a new registration for a different session. Keep in mind our cancellation policy noted above.

Financial Assistance for Summer Camp

We understand that covering camp costs can be a challenge. Ness Lake Bible Camp is committed to reducing financial barriers so every child has the chance to experience an amazing week with us. Each year, generous donors, individuals, churches, and businesses, make it possible for many families to receive sponsorship support. If you’re finding it hard to make camp work this year, please reach out. We’re here to help.

We’ve also added a new payment plan option this year. It spreads the cost over monthly payments that are automatically charged on the 15th of each month until June 15. There is a $20 admin fee. This option can be a helpful way to manage the cost over time.
