2026 School Sponsorships

Get the gift of a free week of camp if your kid goes to Harwin, St Mary's!!!

The cost of running camp and the fees to attend it continue to rise. If you want to send your kid to camp but can't afford it, we are giving away tons of free weeks of camp to kids who go to either of those schools.

Gateway Church, PG Christian Reformed Church, and Canadian Tire are working with NLBC and our many other generous donors to send kids from Harwin, St. Mary's to camp this year.

MYPGNOW, 94.3 The Goat, and Country 97FM are helping get the word out!

There is nothing like a week of camp for kids and we believe that every kid should have the chance to spend a week developing independence, making new friendships, exploring outdoors, and building memories that will last a lifetime.

Over the years we've been able to sponsor many kids from all over Prince George including Nus Deh Yoh, Westwood Elementary, The Hart, and more!

Sponsorship Packages will be handed out on February 28th and March 7, from 10 am-1 pm.

There will be 60 codes to hand out on a first come first served basis.

Saturday, Feb 28 - 10am - 1pm at Gateway Church 2055 20th Ave

Saturday, March 7 - 10am - 1pm at PG Christian Reformed Church 1905 Willow St

When there, you will receive a package with your non-transferable 100% discount code.

We will have a limited number of codes available, and then will start a waitlist.

We are offering this sponsorship program only to students at Harwin, St. Mary's and those living in the gateway neighbourhood.

You’ll be asked to fill out and hand in a short form that confirms:

eligibility
you understand and meet the terms and conditions

If you don't qualify for this sponsorship but still need help affording camp you can apply for a general camper sponsorship.

You’ll use our online registration, and each package will be given a one-time use, non-transferable discount code. At the checkout cart there is a place to put your discount code. Lost codes will not be replaced. Misused codes will be invalid and your registration will be void.

We'd love for you to still be able to come to camp under this sponsorship. You'll need to still come in person and get a code and then you will be able to call or email the office to redeem your code and receive your refund.

We have handed out all of the 2026 codes!

We have a waitlist if more funds become available which you can join by emailing office@nlbc.ca. We won't know if we have more available until the beginning of April.
